Cynthia E. Oliver is a board-certified Emergency Registered Nurse with more than 15 years experience spanning emergency medical services, emergency/trauma and forensic disciplines. She has earned a Bachelor of Art in Homeland Security, Emergency and Disaster Management with honors from American Military University. She has also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Public Administration in Emergency Management from Anna Maria College. Cynthia is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Forensic Health at Texas A&M University. She is a Chief Warrant Officer 3 in the Coast Guard Reserve and has earned multiple military honors and awards.
